This class will walk through some best practices in managing the roofing restoration process from initial inspection to final claim approval. This class will start with understanding the importance of a reliable narrative to provide the homeowner. The narrative will be played out in class so that all may hear how and why the homeowner should understand the three outcomes: Denial, Repairs, and Replacement.
