Spec.
Remove old rubber membrane from plywood substrate, fit new stainless steel screws through plywood.
Grind off old popped nails, fill holes with 2 part epoxy.
Sand off flush and install new Ardex Butynol 1mm black rubber membrane

the holes filled with 2 part epoxy preparation work on the first section completed
this corner had been leaking and the plywood and fillet had rotted out the corner is repaired
rain stps work when the weather cleared some more rubber was lifted and more screws installed
the first sheets of new rubber being glued down about half way there on the first section, note the the plywood has been sanded
laying the second part of the first section, here taping the seams the first section is done, looking back along the roof from the west end

the second section has been prepared, here the new rubber relaxing before being glued down, windy conditions gluing down the second section, note the plank ballast to hold the first sheet from flipping in the wind

again bad weather interupts work, this time for 3 days after cutting the chases for the counterflashing at the walls
new aluminium counterflashing is fitted into the chase similar detail at other walls
a custom metal flashing is fitted to the barge end where the roof had been leaking under the eave
grinding off the old nails on the third section third section of rubber pulled back and preparation work done
third section of rubber removal is extended out onto the main roof area, here being sanded third section prepared and sanded ready for the new rubber membrane
gluing down the rubber on the third section installing the rubber, second half of the sheets glued ready to work down into place
third section is completed and temporaily joined to the old roof membrane overnight tricky corner junction
the first of two cross internal gutters lined in fourth area of roof being worked on, windy conditions again
same area with epoxy filled holes done sloped transition with tiles removed, note no return at top of rubber
fourth section is stripped back to the plywood the fourth section sanded ready for new rubber membrane
installing the new rubber on the fourth section new rubber completed up to that piece of lumber
looking over the new rubber area towards the end of the job that sloped transition reclad in new rubber
fifth section peeled back being plywood being rescrewed still working on the fifth section, some of the old rubber put back due to threat of rain
eventually the fifth section prepared ready for sanding laying down the new rubber on the fifth section
